They did not respect a reservation for a 1965 Toyota Corona. They gave me 240 hours to reserve it and when I wanted to buy it, they had already sold it. Very unprofessional and informal.

I sent them money for a car that turned out not to be available, transferred the funds to another car not available, then got a runaround trying to get the funds returned. Ended up taking two months. I moved my business over to a competitor of theirs in the meantime and have been very pleased.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler via Beforward. The vehicle was shipped from Japan and arrived in Antigua on 11 April 2024.
It is now 02 June 2024 and I still dont have the export paperwork from Beforward. The vehicle is stuck in port customs racking up storage costs.
Beforward apologised for the error two weeks ago but still unable to share a tracking number to prove they sent the export documents.

I saw their cars and want to order from their website, I saw many reviews that they scam, and lie. Should I order from them or should I stay away. Can anyone also please provide me with legitimate company that exports cars.

I have bought several vehicles from one Syed Aqib but this time i paid $10150 to him for a Toyota Dyna truck almost 2 months ago but still up to now its been stories after stories and now he is saying he gave the money to the supplier and I asked for a refund because its almost 2 months now but still nothing.

Good day Sirs
I am writing this email as there are some discrepancies relating to our account. Our agent reserved a 2015 Toyota Noah Ref No.BP694945 with invoice #:282**** on our account which cost $6,635USD.
The unit first payment was made on November 23, 2023 of $3,318USD and final payment made on January 28, 2024 of $3,318USD. During these payments and the allocation of these funds to the unit mentioned above, no indication was made of this price being incorrect, until today which it is now months later.
I received an email from Mr. Ayan saying that the cost price is incorrect and it has a balance of $1,591USD outstanding and that the BL was released by mistake, which is to say BeForward made an error. He also attached an invoice with that said balance, however the unit description on the invoice which he sent is for a 2017 Toyota Voxy with Ref No.BR599230.
A payment of $4,000USD has already been allocated as first payment.
Mr. Ayan then added this claimed balance on a 2017 Toyota Esquire BR270030 which was purchase on BUY NOW, which the system generates the cost price of $8,337USD and Mr.Ayan added $1,591USD to bring a new balance of $9,928USD. This is unfair and unethical and displays incompetency.
There are now three units in total in question, below are attachments of prices from reservation , cap, email from BeForward for 2015 Toyota Noah BP694945.
Mr. Ayan has been giving us a challenge for sometime and has been giving our colleagues in Jamaica challenges.
Mr. Ayan has poor customer service and no professionalism and has never been courteous. If we did not have such a professional and courteous agent, as well as our colleagues we would be forced to do business elsewhere.
I have forwarded the previous email Mr. Ayan sent to top@***.jp already and can do so again if needed.
This matter must be dealt with immediately, so there is transparency and to continue to maintain a high level of professionalism and continuous business.
We took a break from purchasing vehicles from Beforward a few years ago because of poor customer service from Mr. Ayan. We went to Cosmo and we left along with some other colleagues because of similar trickery.
We now face a horrendous circumstance, as it now seems that our account is being tampered with, this has caused us to loose confidence in BeForward.
And we fear that this has now jeopardized the credibility of agents who can access customers accounts as they choose. Jamaica and the Caribbean deserves a professional, customer friendly personnel to handle their affairs.

We have tried to purchase a car from October this year all was nice and smooth.
I sent the money and never got the car we liked as they made a funny move last minute. The car was not purchased, and then we requested a refund.
There is no phone to call as only you hear is recordings, there is an email you send messages which seems to be an automated attendant.
We asked the bank, as per their instructions, to recall the funds using the Swift code. The bank got tired of requesting, they never answered their requests.
They keep asking on email information to return funds. Still after a month of the first request they have not released the funds. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
When you ask the representatives they tell you only via email and that that is not their departments. They keep asking to send email, but it is a waste of time.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE!
If anyone knows a decent law firm in Japan to action this company?

I bought a vehicle from Befoward Jp, paid in full.. I have never recived the vehicle and the emails go un-aswered, the last communication from their official email address was acknowledgement of them having relieved the funds. I'm now filing a case to against them to recover my money + interest, Ill advise any roght thinking person to keep off Befoward.

When I purchase the car, the WINDSCREEN was not BROKEN and the COMPRESSOR AIR PUMP was fitted on the vehicle. Later when the car ARRIVES the WINDSCREEN was damaged (BROKEN) and AIR COMPRESSOR PUMP was also missing.
The PORT REPORT CHECK LIST also confirms the broken WINDSCREEN and the missing COMPRESSOR AIR PUMP from the car. I reported the matter to BE FORWARD immediately, and I was promised that the matter will be dealt with by the relevant department.
BE FORWARD requested some proof of PICTURES and VIDEOS together with the REPORT CARDS to be sent to them so that the CLAIM can be processed. Now BE FORWARD doesn't respond my emails regards the losses (DAMAGES), they ignore my emails.

I received a vehicle with one key and is trying to get a replacement key. I am trying to have an additional key for emergency situations. The key card was received but it got damaged and so a replacement option is necessary in the event that the key to insert is misplaced or loss or one reason or another

I PURCHASED an AUDI A3 8P 2012 from BE FORWARD in AUGUST 2022, and the CAR ARRIVED in BAD condition. ALL 4 AIR VENTS for AIR CON were missing from the car when it ARRIVES in BOTSWANA.
I contacted BE FORWARD and sent them a VIDEO and PICTURES of the VEHICLE and also the REPORT CARD for my CLAIM. They later ACKNOWLEDGE the CLAIM and PROMISED to be attended by the relevant DEPARTMENT, that were just EMPTY PROMISES from them. I tried sending emails to them but NO one responded till now. They REQUESTED some information which include PICTURES, VIDEOS, ATTACHED QUOTATION and REPORT CARD.
The car doesn't have ALL AIR VENTS, and they seem not BORDERED with this because they GOT your money.
The service SUCKS to tell truth, they ignore emails even when you try to CONTACT them. They are BIG SCAMMERS, they are LYING to CUSTOMERS regarding the BE FORWARD WARRANTY.

Ordered a car from BForward in the month of January 2023. After so many shipping schedule change my purchased vehicle arrived in Curaçao May 4th
This car had a dent on the trunk
The dashboard meter does not function so I can verify the kilometer
Filed a complain. A email was send that in 14 days my complaint will be closed.
I send to numerous email addresses and BeForward never replied
Tomorrow May 20th is the deadlines that my complaint will automatically cancel
So this company is portraying cars on sales that's actually is not even what you will get
Besides they don't offer inspection before shipping
And if you are not satisfied with your purchase and want your money returned they will deduct $1000
Shame on you BeForward

I want my calim fron beforward the sold me car with bad engine- this is stealing

I Am a Beforward Member and recently bought a Mazda CX4 reference number BM840058 which developed a fault just after collecting it on Saturday.
I Collected Car from Nakonde and drove to Lusaka, car engine was making a small noise but I thought I was normal. Faulty check light was on but I thought it was a key symbol.
I reached Lusaka and Parked. When the car was driven in the morning on 27-03-2023 the car suddenly lost power and the engine check light came on, oil check light came on , and also the master warning check light came on. all these lights are not going off.
The car is starting but making bad noises and can't rev. also mirrors constantly on, engine oil looks very black,also engine is overheating - but coolant and radiator coolant is full
I would like another car because I sell cars and I can't sell a car with a faulty engine
I have attached the report card.
